We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed. Each piece is carefully reviewed, accurately described, and professionally prepared prior to shipment to ensure the highest standard.

We invite collectors to take full advantage of our personalized consultation services before making a purchase. Private consultations and live viewing sessions are available upon request, allowing you to experience the artwork in greater detail, discuss placement, scale, and nuances, and gain confidence in your selection.

• Variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, or the handcrafted nature of the artwork. These natural variations are part of the artwork’s character and are not considered imperfections.

• We encourage collectors to review all imagery, dimensions, and descriptions carefully, or to schedule a consultation for a closer, guided viewing prior to purchase.

• By completing a transaction, the buyer acknowledges and accepts this Final Sale Policy.

In the Rare Event of Shipping Issues

If an artwork arrives damaged during transit or an incorrect item is received, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photographs of:

• The artwork

• The packaging

• The shipping label

We will assist in coordinating with the shipping carrier to address the matter with care and professionalism.
